Emmanuel Kwasi Agyapong is Chartered Insurer and Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute U.K. (ACII) and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute., Ghana, (ACIIG). He holds a Bsc. in Administration (Insurance Option) and a Master of Arts degree in Marketing Strategy, both from University of Ghana Business School. He also holds a Professional Executive Master in Alternative Dispute Resolution (PEMADR) from the Institute of Paralegal Training and Leadership Studies (IPLS) and a Member of the Ghana National Association of ADR Practitioners(GNAAP) Emmanuel Agyapong has over 16 years experience in the Ghana insurance industry and has work in various positions from branch manager, head of various departments, chief operation officer and Managing Director and also mediated over 200 insurance claims both in Vanguard Assurance and Best Assurance. He is currently the Managing Partner of JRJ CONSULT an ADR and Management Consulting firm in Accra-Ghana
