Helena is a Chartered Human Resource Professional with over 10 years of experience and exposure in human resource management across FMCG, Finance and NGOs. Helena has both Generalist HR and Specialist HR backgrounds and has worked in SMEs as well as medium to large multi-national companies. Helena holds a Professional Executive Master of Alternative Dispute Resolution (PEMADR) from the Gamey and Gamey ADR Institute, a Master of Science in International Human Resource Management from the Sheffield Hallam University, UK and a Bachelor of Arts in French and Philosophy from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
