LILIAN BAEKA (MRS) MSC Economics, MA Urban Management, LLB, BL Lilian Baeka attended Bolgatanga Girls Secondary school for her secondary education and proceeded to Navrongo Secondary School for her A level certificate. She proceeded to the Donestk State University in the Ukraine Republic where she obtained a Master of Science degree in Economics. She also attended the Institute of Housing and Development Studies (IHS) under the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands where she obtained a Master of Arts in Urban Management. She then proceeded to pursue Bachelor of law Degree (LL.B) at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) before going to the Ghana School of law for her Barrister at Law (BL) certificate which qualified her as a lawyer and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. She went further to pursue a certificate course in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) at the Institute of Paralegal Training and Leadership Studies (IPLS) and is a member of the Ghana National Association of ADR Practioners (GNAAP). She is also a member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) and Ghana Institute of Planners (GIP).
