PRINCE NENE BUER ARYEE BA (LAW AND POLITICAL STUDIES) Hons, MA POLITICS, DIPLOMA PARALEGAL STUDIES, PECADR. Mr Aryee is a former UK Local Government Case Assessor/Housing and Properties Procurement Adviser.; A Professional Licensed Para Legal Consultant.; and a Professional Licensed ADR Practitioner. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Law and Political Studies and Masters Degree in Politics both from the Faculty of Law, Governance and International Relations of London Guildhall University ( now London Metropolitan University). He has Studied for his Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC ) Foundation Course at the University of Westminster School of Law. He also holds Fellowship Award Diploma in Paralegal Studies from the UK National Association of Licensed Paralegals and a Qualified Practising Certificate from the Institute of Paralegals UK. He has a Professional Executive Certificate in Law in Alternative Dispute Resolution (PECADR) from the Institute of Paralegal Training and Leadership Studies (IPLS) Ghana. Mr Aryee is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ADR Chambers Ghana Limited, a dispute resolution company of Negotiators, Mediators, Arbitrators and Para Legal Consultants dealing in Civil, Political and Diplomatic disputes. as well as Land, Real Estate and Financial dispute resolution. Pi Mr Aryee has previously worked with Cambridge House Law Centre as case recorder in London and UK Southwark Law Centre as Legal Researcher and later as Director Trustee. He has also worked as Adviser at the U.K. Citizens Advice Bureau. He also worked as Professional Political/Social Researcher and Interviewer with Research Survey of Great Britain and British Research Bureau International UK. He was one time Administrative Officer at The Lord Chancellor's Department in London. He has also worked previously as a Law Clerk Practising Conveyancer with Adiwe Chambers, Puplampu & Company, Legal Practitioners, Ghana. Mr Aryee is an Ambassador For Peace of the UK Universial Peace Federation (UPF) and a Member of the UPF -UK Peace Council. He is a Former Patron of the United Nations 50 Charter.. He believes that the United Nations remains the most significant Universal International Organisation from the legal perspective and that the UN Charter Law perhaps the most ambitious treaty ever drafted which redefined the foundation of Modern International Law.. His research area of interest includes - Legality, Legitimacy, The Use of Force Under International Law and UN Charter Law.
