Mr. Joseph Henry Acquah is a Professional Engineer, Legal Researcher, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Consultant. He holds an M.Phil. in Construction Technology, Executive Master in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies from Ghana School of Law (GSL), and a BSc in Construction Technology. He is a member of the Institution of Engineering & Technology – Ghana and a Member of the Ghana National Association of ADR Practitioners. He volunteered to impact knowledge in Technical Education to some Junior High and Senior High schools within his reach, He currently lectures at KAAF University College in the faculty of Engineering and Court Connected ADR practitioner of Ghana Judicial Services. Also an ADR practitioner at Adastra Law Firm, Cape Coast. He has resolved over 120 cases both private and Court connected Mediation, 98% non-amendable to appeals. His research interest includes Structural Design and Analysis, Labour output, Property/Land Use matters, and Conflict Resolution Management.
