He has over twenty years’ experience in ADR practice and currently the Patron and Founder of Ghana National Association of ADR Practitioners (GNAAP). A certified ADR Practitioner and Trainer by ADR International Register. Consultant, Facilitator and Member of Institute of Paralegal Training and Leadership Studies – IPLS. He has the following to his Credit; MSC. Conflict Studies, MBA, LLB, BBA (HRM), Professional Executive Master in Alternative Dispute Resolution (PEMADR), Chartered Management Consultant (CMC), Danida Fellow at ILI-ACLE and Diploma in Theology.
