Nketiah is a dedicated land and property professional with a genuine passion for land matters and the built environment. He holds a BSc in Land Economy and an MSc in Facilities Management, which have given him a strong understanding of land administration, property management, and how people interact with spaces and infrastructure. He also earned an Executive Master’s degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), sharpening his ability to handle conflicts thoughtfully and constructively, especially those arising from land and property issues. Currently, Nketiah is pursuing an LLB, driven by a desire to deepen his legal knowledge and better support clients and stakeholders in complex land and property matters. He has hands-on experience in land-related work, including land documentation, administration, and dispute resolution. Known for his practical approach and calm professionalism, Nketiah combines technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills, allowing him to navigate land issues with clarity, fairness, and empathy.
