Rev. Fiabu Felix Yao is an ordained minister of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Ghana, and an emerging scholar in Public Theology, Christian Ethics, and Ecumenical Studies, with a particular focus on ethical leadership, institutional moral agency, and governance in Africa. He currently serves in several ecumenical leadership capacities, including as a General Committee Member and Alternate Executive Committee Member of the All Africa Conference of Churches (AACC), and has been actively engaged in continental ecumenical governance, peacebuilding, and youth leadership initiatives. Rev. Fiabu holds a Master of Theology (MTh) in Ecumenical Leadership at St. Paul’s University, Kenya in collaboration with Mindolo Ecumenical Foundation, Zambia, a Bachelor of Theology from Trinity Theological Seminary, Legon, Ghana, a Professional Executive Master in Alternative Dispute Resolution (PEM-ADR) from the Institute of Paralegal and Leadership Studies (IPLS), Ghana, a Post Graduate Diploma In Education from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He has also received extensive professional and interdisciplinary training, including a Certificate in Legal Studies for Christian Ministry, Certificate in International Relations and Diplomacy, and Certificate in Human Rights Law from Presbyterian University, Ghana; a Certificate in Mission and Evangelism from Akrofi-Christaller Institute of Theology, Mission and Culture; a Diploma in Lay Ministry from the Evangelical Presbyterian Theological Seminary, Peki; a Certificate in Election Observation and a Certificate in Election Management from the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre (KAIPTC), Ghana. Rev. Fiabu is deeply committed to scholarship and practice that bridge theological reflection, mediation, and public life, and to strengthening the moral credibility, ethical witness, and peacebuilding role of churches and ecumenical institutions across the continent.
